Same idea, but just to clarify, you get max amps (rated Isc) with battery voltage under 13.5v. (IV curve on a "12v" panel) When doing that, my rated panel Voc of 21.9 is more like 20.3v measured at the array due to heat loss on Voc.
I am unclear on what panel voltage is when battery voltage is rising through 13.5 while being charged with PWM. ISTR panel v= battery v adjusted for v drop?
