The panels are rated at 25 C, so you are talking about a surface temperature of 65 C (149 f). While I don't deny that is entirely possible, it becomes an argument for higher voltage panels and MPPT technology.
19 v x 0.80 = 15.2
15.2 x 0.97 = 14.7 volts entering the controller, using 13 feet of #8 wire @ 24 amps (which mena will never see with a flat install).
