Thanks much. I do want to make this an install it and not run another cable if I have to kind of install but in all actuality running another a second time will be much easier (holes already drilled etc.) than the first. This weekend I'll get up on the roof and see where I can put a 3rd panel and go from there but #6 or #4 seems to be fine for a potential 450W (3 150W panels in parallel). I was able to find 50ft lengths of #4 welding cable on ebay for ~$50.
