No problem with the monos as I have polys and I'm interested in your testing plans (and even if you wind up doing some mono tests). :B
One of my interests is panel shadows. I've collected 2 data collections of shadows that just presented themselves, call them "tests" if you like. My research and "tests" indicate that serial is the best for me for several considerations one of which is shadows. There is bias towards parallel on these boards which appears to me be related to 12V panel usage background. Not to mention the effect of panel bypass diodes.
But more important is whatever information you can contribute to solar understanding.
