That's GREAT news - Sure is a good feeling when you can fixx it by yourself
No need to toss it in the trash and waste another few hundred $$ on another unit
Beer - I like Miller Lite
If ever in west central Montana stop on by for a few cold ones
300mvolts is good - When the current drops a bit the volt will as well - Not sure if you saw my post on MS TS-60 MPPT and took a look at the volotage drop from the controller to the battery
again congrads on a job well done
Same for you if your ever in upstate NY. But I can't imagin why you'd want to be:-)
It's great to have a forum where technically minded people can speek without dimming it down and get real answers. If I said "duty cycle of a pulse width modulation" to most of my friends they would likly think I was talking about something bathroom related.
Now that the 7345 is fixed I may look into upgrading next season and using the 7345 as a shop supply. Honistly can't think of a better use for it. Seams stable and powerfull just not a great charger. I'm still using a supply I built when I was 13. Using a transformer through a diode bridge and adjustable voltage regulator.-again to my friends at the time those words would conger an image of a bridge that changed in to decepticon robot or some such non sense. Lol. But 24 years later its still working
The mod mentiond above as I can see it could be made to correct a design difficency. Moving the sensor from the supply to the battery's (as it should have been done originally)
