"Rv size current" is what? When recharging my bank of four 6s from 50% I usually use my 100a PowerMax along with my VEC1093DBD at 40a, for a total of 140a.
I can also run the microwave when the furnace and TV are on, which can total well over 100a.
I prefer the balanced method of wiring and not the way where you have an upstream batt taking more of a hit than the downstream batt. We have had this discussion many times over the years and there are always a few "traditionalists" who pooh-pooh the value of the balanced method. Human nature. :)
