Too bad it doesn't have temp-comp. :)
Look at pp 8-9. Set the charger for 'Normal Battery Program' year-round for your location. Leave it on 24/7, it will be fine; no reason for a timer.
NEVER use the 15.8V 'Recond Program' as it is for wet/flooded batteries.
