I just recently became a member of the " Dish-Pay as you go" program and am mostly happy..
I purchased my Pathway X2 and wally receiver directly from Winegard , I paid $422.94 after tax for both including tax and shipping..
I have activated it twice since getting it, and it has been very user friendly. You can go online and do everything, including adding stations or changing packages. at the end of the 30 days, it simply does not work ! When I go again, I just go online the day before leaving and restart the service. I choose the $34.99 flex plan, which includes the first receiver, they charge me an additional $7.00 for my second one. then added the news package, and the locals..
My only complaint is that during my last outing, when we would go up to bed, the second receiver would be showing as inactive ?? it is a pain to reset and wait for the scan, and reboot.... I just returned and plan on calling today to see what is happening . .
