We have been with DISH pay as you go since it started. At first, DISH had a special RV customer service department to address any pay as you go questions. They provided great service. Then, DISH disbanded that department. We experienced some bumps in the road with DISH customer service transitioning to their regular customer service department. Definitely, DISH did not adequately educate their customer service staff on the nuances of the Pay as You Go program. Just to clarify our challenges with their customer service was explaining to the associate why we need to modify our service address and update our locals as they were not used to dealing with a "house" that changed locale. We never had any billing issues with them.
That being said we have noticed that the last couple of years DISH has seemed to work out their shortcomings in educating their staff on their products. We have not had many issues going forward for the last couple of years. We also have transitioned from calling them to using online Chat to restart our service, update service locations, etc.
