PD9260 Convertor Never Goes To 14.4V
If I am NOT on shore power, draw batteries down to 12.3 or 12.4 volts, I assumed that when I plugged back into shore power, my PD9260 would start putting out 14.4 volts, or at least something close. ...

Trailer not plugged into shore power. I turned on several lights for several hours. Turned lights off. No other loads a/c trailer in storage. Voltage at 12.3. Then plugged into shore power. When electricity connected to converter after the delay in the surge guard, about 2 minutes, voltage was 13.6.
No pendant.
I assumed that if converter saw voltage below 12.7, it would output 14.4. Don't understand why it doesn't.
