First: Unless you are a licensed electrician I would not recommend you do repair work on the park's pedestal. My rule is there is one repair I will do.
(Some boxes the breaker can tilt out a bit and thus can make a poor connection with the buss,, I will push in on the top of the breaker to re-seat it, WITHOUT THE USE OF ANY TOOL OF ANY KIND.
I've also polished a contact or two (Emery board, breaker off)
But I never open the box.. That is a job for park maintenance.
I have diagnosed a couple, again from outside the box only.
But that is the limit.. I am a certified electronics tech but NOT a licensed electrician.
