Good question Mena, I am not sure. They are rebranded by American Battery in Escondido as American Eagle. I asked him what their amp hour capacity was compared to the 27, and the guy looked at his chart and said 130. There are no specs on the battery itself, they ripped off the crown stickers and applied the american Eagle " Super heavy Duty/ Ultimate Cycle service"
I'll try to determine whether it is a rebranded marine battery instead of the deep cycle. there were some numbers stamped into the plastic. I'll see if they correspond to the marine or the Deep cycle versions.
If they are the marine ones, I'll be peeved.
Mosey, I have no intention of leaving the two batteries in parallel when the sun is not shining. The resting full charge voltage of the Crown is 12.6 the Northstar 12.9 or there abouts. I'll likely try to remember to disconnect them after driving, but usually I parallel the banks 30 seconds after engine start and disconnect them around sundown.
