Hi KendallP,
You can parallel different capacity 12 volt jars together if they are:
A. In use to the point that voltage drop is greater than the weakest battery at rest
B. Being charged at rest where voltage is higher than the strongest battery resting voltage
C. Being charged in use where voltage is supported higher than the strongest battery resting voltage
None of the above will allow the full capacity to be drawn on. The smallest battery in amp-hours will determine the 50% state of charge point.
You can not parallel different capacity 12 volt jars in storage. The one with the lowest voltage will act as a parasite on the others.
