PI EMS?
I have decided to go ahead and get the PI EMS hardwired unit. BUT... It will have to be inynstalled under the bed in my Greyhawk 30SS because that's were the electrical is, (fuses, breakers etc.....

We've had 3 Different PI EWH-30 units on 3 different rigs and none of them made any noise whatsoever. They will tend to get a little warm so you may not want to bury them in some tight enclosed space. They need come clearance at least, but not a full blown ventilation system.
I'd say if one hums or makes noise thats the exception and not the norm.
