Picture re-size for signature?
I only have a Chromebook and have tried everything to re-size a picture for my signature pic.Is there anything out there to re-size a pick for the picture that shows with a post and sig line?

I'll give you my recommendation from actually using this webapp for years, especially when traveling - the online Pixlr Editor. Nothing to install, and works similar to Photoshop though easier for most. Takes just a few minutes to create a sig photo.
