Drain it and dry it completely, preferably with a hair drier or heat gun. You want the area inside the crack dry too. Sand the area till shiny so it's clean and gives the glue something to grab on to, then apply a small bit of Loctite. When the Locktite dries, coat the whole area with a generous coating of JB Weld. Super glue works in place of Locktite too. I've used this technique to repair a number of plumbing leaks in things like valves and even T fittings and have had a 100% success rate.
