Plugged new TT into 220v (wired wrong by electrician) HELP?!

good morning all. The short story version seems to be an all-to-common one. Electrician wired by 120v 30amp outlet that I requested for our new TT as 220v and when I plugged our new trailer into it la...

NEMA TT-30 is a relative newcomer to the mix. NEMA already had a 5-30 plug/outlet and resisted recognizing the RV plug for a long time. I assume training is still lacking. Still not included in most NEMA charts.
