Plugged new TT into 220v (wired wrong by electrician) HELP?!

Happened to me once in a GA State Park. A contractor had been using the site while working in the park. Had rewired the post for 220 and didn't change back to 110 when they left the park. I was lucky, only blew microwave and Directv box which the contractor replaced.
