Plugged new TT into 220v (wired wrong by electrician) HELP?!

The easiest way to explain the 30a RV receptacle to non-tech people is it's wired basically the same way as your 15a plugs in your house. One hot, one neutral, and one ground. It's very common for electricians to glance at the 30a RV receptacle and "assume" it's for 220v and I would bet many have never had the call to install a 30a RV receptacle.
