plunger switch
Is it possible to replace my kwikee step magnetic door switch with a plunger switch?If so how would i go about it?

You just need to buy the correct plunger- older models (around pre-2000) used a normally closed switch, later used a normally open. The switch just connects to ground, so it's 2 wires, one from the brain, one to ground.
Yes- no problem. Here is a pdf file of the door switches, with Kwikee part numbers for 3 magnetic and one plunger.
