Polish for Front Diamond Plate

What do you use to polish the front Diamond Plate on your Travel Trailer ?.
  • I have spruced up diamond plate tool boxes with fine steel wool, CLR and elbow grease, followed by a nice application of Mothers polish.
  • Aluminum polish of your choice.
Use a 4" square of carpet to apply with and rub with.
    Pat
  • I swear by NEVR-DULl. It's a wadding polish that takes some elbow grease but it makes my running boards look like new and holds up a while.
  • One of the highest regarded metal polishes in the world is SIMICHROME from Germany. Mauve and yellow box and tube. Some "polishes" are car wax, and would not polish anything. Simichrome contains diamond dust and will polish the blade of a buck knife. A micro fiber shop towel really helps to speed the polishing up.
  • I have not used it, but I've seen the results of Aluma-Glow, which I suspect is an acrylic in the Red Max/ Zep Wet Look vein. Basically get the aluminum clean and uniform and the coating makes it shine.
