Few things to check.......
What is the 'gauge' part of....a pressure regulator?
If regulator---is it an adjustable type or fixed?
If adjustable..increase pressure to 50# (static pressure---no flow)
If fixed......remove/don't use and check how flow is in trailer. Regulator could be clogged up.
Hose connection..inlet screen clear?
Shower.......OEM?
They typically have poor flow to begin with.
Have flow restrictor in handle or hose connection. Rubber/plastic insert. Small opening. Some can be removed..others---drill out to increase flow.
OR replace with Oxygenics Brand
Kitchen faucet.......OEM?
Aerator clean? (screws onto end of faucet)
Could be clogged internally. Typical RV OEM are not rebuildable.
Is low flow cold and hot sides?
Less flow on Hot side?
Hot side-----check valve in hot outlet of water heater could be clogging up
