Through the 7 pin? Very little. I have always felt it was more of a lifeline to keep the rig going between hook ups.
You would have to beef up the charge lines and isolate the trailers battery so that the system would ignore the much closer and probably higher charged starting battery. Probably should run the charge line directly to the battery come to think of it, you wouldn't want the 7 pin to melt down while on the road. Then comes the concept of just how long you can run a stock alternator under heavy load with out it heating up.
