POSITIVE - MORryde Company

I see a lot of threads that pertain to poor quality and lack of customer service, but I wanted to give a shout out to MORryde company. Twice now without hesitation they sent me at no cost replacement hardware pieces that were either lost by me (DOH!) or had fallen out of the shipping box due to damage by the shipping company. I recently ordered a X Factor crossmember and the package arrived with a big gash in it. The hardware bag had fallen out. A quick call to Jennifer Gregory at MORryde resulted in an immediate shipment of replacement hardware, at no charge, even though it was not their fault. Not only do they have great products, but an amazing attitude towards customer service and satisfaction. Kudos!

We were treated exactly same 3yrs ago having IS installed. Then similarly the next year getting new tires etc. They also checked and replaced an IS rubber spring even though we were past warranty (honestly I’d expect no less, but am happy they were proactive about it).

Getting a new trailer in a month and planning another trip to Elkhart For IS again next year.

I assume you have never been there to have anything done to your RV ??

"When you go, you are treated like an old time best friend. We stayed there for a few days to have the IS system installed and this is what we were welcomed with:
-Our name on the welcome sign out front
-They allow you to stay in their lounge
-Fully stocked lounge with snacks, soda, water, coffee
-They bring in food for you and your family for lunch
    -Free wifi
-They allow you to stay in your camper inside the bays at night, --They give you a key to the shop doors so you can come and go.
-They give you and your party each a tee shirt
-They ALL smile at you, and chat with you because they care

It is hard to find a company that works like MORryde "

This is EXACTLY the way we were treated two years ago when we were there with our trailer!! VERY nice to be treated so well, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I might add they have hook ups out in their lot you can use if needed when staying there overnight "waiting" to get into the shop early the following morning like we did. :B

  • Wow, that's awesome customer service....hard to find these days. Makes me glad I bought a MorRyde pin box. Btw, their pin box really improved the "chucking" problem I had with my new 5th wheel. I won't own another FW without a MorRyde pin box.
