Thank you. Rvpapa.
Yes I am clumsy. One handed people usually are more prone to accidents. But one comment seems to be FIXATED on USB. I do not have a problem with USB connections - the ones labeled STANDARD, MINI and MICRO. Round hole with pin. But what does USB matter? None of my power bricks ever had USB. Maybe power bricks residing in a different reality do :)
Love it "Even if it's USB, you'll just be determined to screw it up by making it non-standard"
My power bricks have USB? Oooooo this is rich. Off the tracks, down the hill and into the ravine. Kudos! A gold medal award for UNCLEAR ON THE CONCEPT. my 4.2, 5.0 volt, 8.0. 9.0, 11.2, 12, and 14 volt power bricks all have different plugs.
I went to this link this explains it clearer than I did

A SINGLE 5' IEC cord costs twelve dollars down here and there are no power bricks other than the 40 dollar models for laptops. My devices are all lower voltage. Like a CCrane 200 dollar radio or a sixty dollar LEPAI 12 volt audio amplifier. Neither came with a power supply.
I do have a universal AC and DC power in laptop brick with a dozen different interchangeable tips.
