I have check the power and I am getting 12volts. But new light bulb will not work. Even switched out light fixture with a working one, still does not work. Fan is same way, power is there but fan does not work(couple mouth old vent fan). The only place this is a problem is the bathroom? All other lights fine.
Also have gone back to switch's, get same reading.
Fuse are good.
Battery good.
Also ask mfg. for wiring drawing.
