Only thing is both Mena and I have owned 4455TCs and they both broke down in a year of use. Randy is not carrying the 5400s (why not?--, have to ask him- I don't know why not)
My objection is the price. Eg you can get a PowerMax 75amper for way less than the Parallax 75amper and each is PF corrected. Phil likes the charging profile of the 5500 for his AGMs and the temp comp for living where it gets hot out. I prefer the higher Vabs of the PM and don't need the temp comp.
There is something out there to suit everyone, but no particular converter will suit everyone.
