Good call on the PI.
The PI units are definitely superior - more features, lifetime warranty and it's made in the US of A. If a surge blows up your PI, you can get it replaced. With the "other one", you would have to buy a new one.
Comparison table The warranty shown for the PI units is incorrect and the voltage cutout should be 104V, not 103.
