This whole thread in response to your inquiry could be a bit confusing, so I thought that I'd make sure.
What you bought is NOT a "voltage regulator" device that continues to stay on and continuously provide your RV with the correct voltage without shutting down regardless of the voltage coming in from the outside being a little high or a little low, like can be the case in campgrounds.
What you bought only warns you if the voltage coming in is low or high and then temporarily shuts down power to your RV for a length of time that you set.
A device like the Hughes Autoformer is expensive for a reason. It is the "ultimate" solution for RV power: It keeps you going continuously and automatically - regardless of high or low voltage coming in. It does not shut down you RV's power.
