Yep- J2 should work fine. On some models, that lead splits in 2, some even have a quick connect twofer, which is how I would hook it up- make a twofer with wire and quick connects.

I looked at the lettering on the back of the black box and it does not show a J3

So it looks like I open that up and hook into the J2 circuit. And since it shows a fuse there, I am going to go without an inline fuse.

I would appreciate if you would give me a shout back on my intentions. Am going to wait until tomorrow to make the final power hook up. Dave

Depending on which model you have, and which board is actually installed, it will be J2 or J3 on the board- J2 usually runs to the interior lamp, J3, if it has it, is for fans, heat tape, etc.
