07 Discovery 39v Full Wall Slide (3 motors). It has the newer control unit under the bed. Connectors on the PCB as well as the two red IN/OUT buttons that can be pressed w/o a paperclip. The older controller has the "flying connectors" and the in/out holes that need a paperclip to press.
The panel at the front of the coach just has the in/out switch & lock. Not sure if the control board has any LED's
The slide does have the "fingers" on each topside corner that fold out & lock the slide for travel. Will I pull her in I hold in the in button, slide comes in & the fingers will lock it & then turn on the
Currently all is 100% functional. After I got everything back in sync w/o damage or dents/scratches. Just need to reprogram the stop points. I can extent/retract w/o issue, I just have to e carefull not to go past the out stop w/o going too far.
I "believe" my issues where related to the rear finger/lock. I was inspecting the fingers on the backside & noticed that some wires had been pinched at one time. Someone had the brains to tape the damage but NOT wire-tie the wires out of the way!
I also noticed that the rear of the slide needs to come in about 1/2 inch. Instruction say to manually move motor3 (rear of slide) in to 1/2 crush the seal & set in-stop point.
I did send Power Gear an email asking price availability of the teaching pendant. Prior post I found on another forum states about $650.00 for that sucker! I'm getting more & more into RV reapir so I just might need such a device. The device itself, I'd love to know if it has any electronics in it or is it just a bunch of switches & buttons...not sure.
UPDATE:
Just got a quick return email from Power Gear and yes, they don't want to talk to me. Refer me to a reseller. WOW, that will be real easy this time of year!
Here's a PDF that has the exact directions for my setup.
