Preventing Portable Solar Kit from growing legs

Since we do 90% of our camping at National and State Park CG's, how can I prevent someone from walking off with a portable solar kit like this one at Amazon? Go Power GP-PSK 120w We want to be abl...

I have a portable kit that is practically identical to that one that I purchased from Solar Blvd for $200. I use a 3/8" security cable with padlocks and tether the panels to the RV.

There is no guarantee they will be not be stolen, but having them tethered minimizes the risk of having an opportunist thief walk away with them.
