As suggested.....wiring in AC Junction Box.
Access it from backside of WH Tank
120V AC goes from Circuit Breaker to AC Junction Box where wire nuts are used.
To On/Off Switch
Then to High Temp T-stat down connecting wire to Normal Temp T-stat
Then to Element
