It shows E 0, L1 121 volts, 0 amps, L2 120, volts, 0 amps, 60 hz.
There are no amps drawing because it is not allowing any power to the coach.
After changing my tires out for my new Sailuns I still had time to call PI and explained what I had done so far and they said no need to do any more trouble shooting just fill out the warranty and they well send a new board.
