10 gauge wire will be adequate for 2 series panels and run them down to the disconnect switch and CC. Repeat for the second set of series panels. Your runs are relative short and no need for a combiner box and larger wire to the CC to handle 32A.
OP The MPPT 60 will handle your over paneling and limit you to 60A but it won't be often with flat panels. I've tested mine at high summer noon in the Phoenix area and got 51A with 750W. It will be interesting to see if you ever get 60A on your winter hunting trips. Any shadows on those panels will have a large impact on available power.
