The questions,
I have is the OEM PD 9260c 60a charger powerful enough to recharge the pending 4- 6v/480a battery install in a reasonable time, if needed?
Yes, the batteries will only need the greatest output from the converter during the first part of the charge cycle. The rest of the cycles of charging are dependent on how low the batteries are discharged.
Since the 9260 puts out 14.4 V through the absorption stage, it will charge your batteries fine.
If your use is only the MW and the coffee maker, install a stand-alone inverter close to the batteries with big wire and install a single circuit transfer switch for the MW and coffee maker. If your inverter has a remote, you can turn it off and on as needed. Can't get any easier.
