At the 2000 watt level I believe I'd chose Victron instead of Magnum, because the Victron 2k is a hybrid. If you bump up to 3000 watts then the Magnum is also hybrid. (i.e. can blend energy from two sources).
The best price for Magnum is Imarine. Mine was $1750. You will need the ARC remote to access all the features of the inverter/charger.
I can say that the Blue Sky solar controller plays well with the PD, Magnum, and alternator.
Since you intend to boondock temperature sensor on the battery bank is, in my opinion, required. Have it on the Blue Sky, and on the Magnum 3012.
