Problem with U-Haul refill. Time replace my propane tanks?

Last month I was a the city waste disposal site and someone had dropped off a BBQ grill with an LP tank attached. I took it and stopped at WalMart on the way home to exchange it. I ended up getting a nice, shiny, new LP tank with 15 pounds of LP in it for $15. Not a bad deal.
