Problem with U-Haul refill. Time replace my propane tanks?

My truck camper has 20 lb upright removable propane tanks. There are a few dings on the tanks with some minor rust in the ding. I needed propane while in Las Vegas and found a local U-Haul and she sai...

But you get a tank that is usable, and propane for 15$ better then 30 for a new tank and a fill.
