YES, Ok I have been wondering this as well.
It is clearly documented what the lights mean when plugged into 120. But what I want to know is what the lights mean when it is just monitoring battery voltage and there is no AC source to the converter. I have noticed the LED blinks, but does anyone know what voltages the blinks mean??
