Hey, this is getting really complicated.   Simple answer to the OP: I have a PD 45 amp charger. I have two 6 volt Lifeline AGM's. I wanted the AGM's primarily because my battery spaces are small and I can mount them on their side for easy hookup also there is no maintenance. When I bought them, I talked to Randy at Best Converter. At the time, he had been running the same batteries with the same charger for 6 years on his own personal RV with no issues. That was good enough for me. I have been running them for 3 years. They work great. I mostly boondock and have 200 watts of solar and use a Trimetric. I do not have and do not want a generator.
