Progressive Dynamics Converter/Charger 4645 - HELP?

ISTR if you use any 12v systems it will kick it out of 13.2 back to 13.6 and if you are at 13.6 it will stay there forever if you are using the rig. AFAIK it will only drop to 13.2 if you are not using the rig at all for a while. (could be wrong--those with a PD can say for sure)
