Thank you all very much for your responses. They have pretty much confirmed what I suspected might be the case with it mounted about waist high facing the living area. The cabinets which are below the panels with the switch panel and radio are divided in two vertically. The bottom portion is blocked off with blank panels and covers the back of the power center (and its messy wiring), the converter, and now, the EMS. I will have to recess the display but I can just cut a rectangular hole in a panel and mount it from behind. I can just close the cabinet door when we don't want to see it. If I get my lazy rear end in gear, I'll take some pictures and post in this thread. Hopefully in will help someone in the future.
