Although Power Systems has gutted the once great warranty on Progressive Industries surge protectors they still make a quality unit that CAN be repaired...field serviceable
TRC-Surge Guard make similar products BUT their warranty is no better, they have terrible tech service and their portable units are NOT repairable -------case is factory sealed (glued shut) no access w/o busting seam open and then no parts available from TRC.
Call TRC and see what kind of 'help' you get-----hahaha
So I will buy a PI Unit again IF my 11 year old one should fail and end up not being repairable.
