Propane Fill Personnel Training Lack of !!!
Had a nice experience today at the local propane filling place. I took 3 30 lb tanks in. The guy comes out, tells me the first tank is out of date. The sticker says 8/17. The original mfg date is 9/04...

In California they always filled up by gallons, but last summer, in Georgia I went to place that charged by weight.
So for 7 gallons cylinder they charged me for 35 lb of propane.
The cylinder was not empty when I brought it in, but the scale was placed the way that I could not see it.
