Propane fridge goes out.
Last season, while towing, the fridge would go out while on propane. It would restart every time I noticed that it was out.

If you can hear the flame, and its nice and bluish, doubtful that cleaning is the problem.
I would consider it normal to blow out once in a while, especially on 2 lane roads, and in a cross wind. And in reality, it doesn't hurt anything, as long as you remember to check and relite it.
