Now I am going to ask you a question.
High pressure propane (Regulator input) is normally around 100 PSI, medium (red indicator) about half that,, low pressure (low pressure out) just under 1/2 PSI over air pressure.
So if there is "A small leak in the line" with the pressure in the line being at the very least just under 1/2 PSI UNDER ambient air pressure... How is air going to ENTER the line?
More likely the O/P has a problem with 1: The change over valve and 2: A typo in the original post.. Which I shall overlook since it affets not the outcome.
