Propane On-off service valve stuck!
My service on-off propane valve is stuck and now handle broke! What can I do to fix problem? Tank was just filled and is full.

A real propane distributor, versus a campground amateur, probably could pump out the tank and put on a new valve. Depending maybe on the exact kind of tank that you have.
