Propane Tank @ Camping World Store - threads stripped!

Stopped at a Camping World this afternoon, and before I could get out of the coach, an employee had the hose attached and tried to fill my on-board propane bottle. All kinds of hissing off to the sid...

Are you sure you are seeing sheared threads? My guess would be a missing gasket preventing a good seal. The threads are not meant to seal.
