What you have experienced is the difference between states that regulate and license LP fillers and repair technicians and states that have no regulations. I live in a state(Texas) that heavily regulates LP and Natural gas and from my knowledge and being licensed by the State for 36 years agree with the laws and regulations. It makes us(Texans) safer. Too bad all states do not regulate LP and Natural gas. Doug
